The land area given for designing the project is 3600 Sq.Ft. in which three work sections and parking matters were required to be solved.
Vehicles parking is planned in the basement using hitech hydraulic lift post to utilize minimum areas and curtail down long ramps and bay circulations. Works sections for Estate Advisory, Land Procurement / Selling and Infrastructure Development are planned on eight vertical longitudinal plans.
Proposed covered design area of building is 30100 square feet ; 2797.4 square meter.
